Creating and navigating the balance and interconnectedness of aspects of one's physical health, mental well-being and stress management, as well as other lifestyle components, enables athletes to optimize their wellness and thereby better able to further optimize and attain their peak performance goals.    Andrea has spent more than 10 years educating on topics in integrative nutrition and wellness.  Driven by her strong desire to help and to serve, as well as her own delight and intellectual curiosity, she stays current with the latest research and evaluates the numerous competing, often confusing, theories and studies. She uses this knowledge and her uncanny ability to explain the complicated, to help provide our athletes with what is required to achieve and sustain their personal best. 

As a lifelong athlete, former High School All-American and coaching in some capacity since the age of 14; it is fitting that Andrea's career path has come full circle and that Navigating Performance is now the cornerstone of her career.  She uses that dedication, breadth of understanding and passion to educate and guide professional/elite athletes, collegiate and student athletes, and their families to optimize and help to attain peak performance, improve recovery, focus and clarity; all simultaneously impacting their overall wellness and mindset. 

Some of her current and past clients include players, coaches and chefs from the NFL, NCAA, NBA, as well as Olympic athletes.  Andrea is a certified Integrative Nutrition Consultant and Wellness expert with a background in nutritional biochemistry, mindset and breathwork and functional aging. Navigating Equilibrium, the parent company of Navigating Performance, grew out of Andrea's lifelong passion for health, environmental health, and the interconnected science of nutrition and overall wellness.

I am getting close to wrapping up my off season time with Andrea.
 I can't say enough about what this experience has meant to me. She has taught me so much.
 MY LIFE IS CHANGED! And so is my body! She challenged me. She pushed me, but in ways I felt loved the whole time. She helped me realize what feeling REALLY good actually feels like. A couple of weeks ago I headed back to training camp. This past off season was so different. I happened to have a chance to work with Andrea, an amazing performance nutrition consultant, who is one amazing person through and through. Not only is she just brilliant, her perspective is so unique, but also makes complete sense. With all of her knowledge, she has put all the pieces together. She is not overbearing or judgmental and makes it simple. She makes everything specifically designed just for you.
